Job Role:

• Leading deployment, monitoring, and implementing machine learning and deep learning solutions.

  
  

• Contribute to the strategic planning of AI/ML initiatives, providing insights on long-term goals and technological roadmaps.

  
  

• Collaborating with AI/ML engineers to ensure seamless creation and integration of ML solutions.

  
  

• Manage and optimize ML cloud architecture for efficient and scalable deployment.

  
  

• Evaluate and propose innovative solutions.

  
  

• Continuously monitor and optimize ML models for improved efficiency and accuracy.

  
  

• Implement security measures to protect AI models and data

  
  

• Integrating ML models into production systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams

  
  

• Work on generative AI and reinforcement learning for future advancements.

  
  

• Document the development process, model architecture, and deployment procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

  
  

• Troubleshooting and resolving ML or related issues.

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  
  

• 3+ years of experience in: Machine Learning Engineering, Big Data, or a related role.

  
  

• Familiarity with containerization, scripting, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD.

  
  

• Python, Dockers and workflow orchestration tools.

  
  

• Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL, Apache spark, Flink, and Mlflow.

  
  

• Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning is a plus.

  
  

• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, cloud architecture, and optimization techniques.

  
  

• Experience with operationalizing data-driven pipelines for large scale batch and stream processing analytics solutions.

  
  

• Experience with contributing to github and open-source initiatives or in research projects and/or participation in Kaggle competitions.

  
  

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 9AM - 6PM

Location: Islamabad
