Job description:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and goals.
Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, aligning with brand guidelines and enhancing the overall user experience.
Utilize Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to update and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
Work closely with developers to implement and refine UI elements during the development process.
Create and maintain design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications
Requirements:
Proven 1yr + experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools
Extensive knowledge of user interface design principles, interaction design, and design systems
Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience collaborating with developers and other stakeholders in an Agile development environment
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
