Job description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and goals.

  
  

• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, aligning with brand guidelines and enhancing the overall user experience.

  
  

• Utilize Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite  and other design tools to update and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

  
  

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions.

  
  

• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

  
  

• Work closely with developers to implement and refine UI elements during the development process.

  
  

• Create and maintain design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven 1yr + experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects

  
  

• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools

  
  

• Extensive knowledge of user interface design principles, interaction design, and design systems

  
  

• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles

  
  

• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams

  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  
  

• Experience collaborating with developers and other stakeholders in an Agile development environment

  
  

• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  
  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members

  
  

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

  
  

• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles

  
  

Job Details:

• Experience: 1 year or above
• Work Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM PKT
• Work Days: Monday- Friday
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
• Work Mode: Onsite
