A Carpentry Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling carpentry products and services to potential customers. They are responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of carpentry products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with information about carpentry products and services.
  3. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients, outlining the features and benefits of the products and services.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent customer service and support.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and services to stay competitive in the market.
  7. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing management with regular updates on sales activities and performance.
  9. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the carpentry industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  5. Good knowledge of carpentry products and services.
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Good organizational and time management skills.
  9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
