Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR and Talent Acquisition Intern. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and talent acquisition processes within a professional services environment.

Here are some key details about the internship:


  • Duration: 6 months - Starting ASAP.
  • Location: KPMG Qatar office, Doha.
  • Compensation: A monthly stipend of 2500 QAR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Contribute to talent management initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different areas of HR and talent acquisition.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.


Qualifications:

  • Recently Graduated in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
