Maintenance Supervisor (Real Estate)

Urgently looking for native Arabic speaking Maintenance Supervisor for managing the operations of Residential and Commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in Major Commercial and Residential Real Estate sector in Qatar with technical background of building maintenance and facilities. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up maintenance, services and quality of properties for Check in of new tenants and check out / final clearance of tenants those leave the properties.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
