We are looking to recruit dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Brokers, Agents, and Property Consultants.
The responsibilities of Brokers, Agents, and Property Consultants will include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients
- Closing the company listings and promoting dream properties for sale or lease.
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating terms with clients.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and best practices.
The offered compensation for this position can be either salary-based on targets (to be specified during the interview) or commission-based, ranging from 40% to 60% as per the experience. It is essential that candidates have proven experience in brokerage, leasing, and sales, with a record of previous closings.
Nationalities: Russian /Ukraine/European/East Asian/American/Afro American/British/Greek/Filipinos.
The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with local property market trends and regulations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must own a car and possess a valid driving license.
- Full knowledge about the Pearl and Lusail areas.
