Restaurant General Manager – High-End Night Venue – Qatar

Salary Package: QAR 15000 plus expat benefits and family status

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General to be part of a popular upmarket lounge and bar!

• You will be managing the Bar/Lounge daily shift operations, supervision of staff with the ability to determine and implement training needs.
• Involved with promoting the bar/lounge, menu planning and maintaining standards,
• Someone who is experienced in nightlife, lounge/Bar set up, and in entertainment.
• Ability to build relationships in the community and create a database and has some marketing experience.
• Is a great leader and mentor, with excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in Western night venues in a similar role.
