Trainer support

We are looking for a Trainer Support to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Trainer Support, you will be responsible for assisting trainers in delivering effective training programs and providing support to the training department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our training initiatives and helping our employees acquire the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist trainers in preparing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and training manuals.
2. Set up and maintain training equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
3. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, booking venues, and managing participant registrations.
4. Provide administrative support to the training department, such as handling training-related inquiries, maintaining training records, and preparing training reports.
5. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback from participants.
6. Support trainers during training sessions by managing participant engagement, addressing technical issues, and ensuring a smooth training experience.
7. Collaborate with trainers to identify training needs and develop new training programs or modify existing ones.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
9. Assist in the implementation of e-learning platforms and virtual training sessions.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Assistant, or similar role.
2. Knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to learn new software and technology platforms quickly.
9. Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.
