Your Role: The role will be responsible for the support of the end-to-end development of formulations across all the categories according to R&D priorities and ensure all formulations meet the requirements. Analysing, documenting, interpreting, and reporting the data for studies according to the guidelines and standards. Prepare samples as per formulations & procedures provided by R&D Manager by using various laboratory equipment. Collect and prepare research and information needed for studies. Comply with the policies & procedures and health and safety regulations.
Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or Engineering degree qualified. Preferable 5+ years of experience working with R&D/product development role in a food manufacturing company. A good team player, proactive and recognizes opportunities for improvement. Good analytical abilities of samples of raw material, finished goods and packaging material.
