As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the business operations to ensure efficient production, distribution, and profitability. Your role will involve strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and fostering relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.

Description
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business growth.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.Oversee day-to-day operations of the dates factory, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in business management, preferably in the dates industry.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
