Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor who is experienced in the construction industry to join our Project Management team (PMT). Project Management Teams are responsible and accountable for the delivery of best in class capital projects. PMT is directly involved in executing and managing assigned projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This will involve engineering design, procurement and construction of various sizes ($), types and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion-dollar mega projects.
Project Management Team manages and executes projects from multiple site offices or engineering contractor design offices throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Contracts Advisor primary role is to develop contracts and administrate related functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare/review different types of agreements/MOUs with external parties and potential JVs.
Customer-focused business professional with more than 16 years’ of experience in recruitment for clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, South Africa, Zambia and Namibia. Worked with over 5000 candidates at different levels placing them into the different countries where our clients are based. Demonstrated ability to interface and effectively communicate with diverse candidates and matching client needs to candidate expertise thereby bringing value to both parties.
