• Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Manage contract renewals and amendments
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise
• Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless contract execution
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation
