Job Description:
As the Head of AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI implementation across our services, driving the integration of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. You will be at the helm of our ambitious projects, managing a diverse team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and other AI professionals to develop and deploy AI solutions that enhance our operational efficiency, decision-making processes, and service delivery to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI department, setting strategic direction and priorities, and ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
- Manage and oversee the development of AI, ML, and RPA projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new AI technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and to ensure that AI solutions align with user needs and expectations.
- Establish and maintain high standards of excellence in AI practices, ensuring adherence to ethical AI use, data privacy, and security regulations.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in AI, ML, and RPA, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful AI projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and other technical professionals.
