The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the sales operations in Riyadh, playing a key role in enhancing the company's market share and presence within the modern trade, wholesale, and distribution networks. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the FMCG landscape, capable of driving growth and achieving sales excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Riyadh market, specifically targeting modern trade, wholesalers, and distributors.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets, while ensuring the team's development and cohesion.

- Analyze market trends, opportunities, and challenges to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product promotion across all channels.
