الوصف الوظيفي

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our recruitment agency in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management and possess strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the agency, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you are a self-motivated and proactive HR professional who is passionate about driving HR initiatives and contributing to the growth of our agency, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the agency.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  3. Oversee employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
  4. Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements, including labor laws, employment contracts, and employee benefits.
  5. Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  6. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  7. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including medical insurance, leave management, and employee welfare programs.
  8. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the agency remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  5. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  6. Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  8. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
