About the Role:
You will be expected to manage the full HR operational activities for multiple companies across the Kingdom. You will 
be responsible for ensuring that all employees are compliant with internal regulations and country laws and 
regulations.
You will be responsible for following up and monitoring all official portals as well as maintaining and updating all 
employee records within the internal system.
Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, highperformance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment.
Implements human resources operations initiatives by establishing department accountabilities, including 
compensation, records management, employee relations and internal policy compliance.
• Lead the execution and control of the Human Resources Operations Initiatives for and Ensure harmonized 
implementation across all locations in .
• Accountable for the execution of the HR Strategy, and lead excellent Employees experience culture in all Human 
resources team services across the Group.
• Partner and build strong relationships with the Group’s Leadership Team and external Business Partners.
• Ensure that all aspects of employee relations, employee services for all employees are delivered timely and in 
accordance with relevant labor legislation, in line with corporate guidelines.
• Lead and Inspire the HR operations team members and give functional direction, ensuring a harmonized approach 
to all relevant HR processes.
• Accountable for improving Employees' satisfaction index.
• Set objectives and manage workloads and results to achieve goals while adopting best practices and achieving 
continuous process improvement.
• Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Compensations and benefits administration.
• HR Compliance management in accordance with country laws and company regulations.
• Formulation and development of HR policies & procedures manual.
• HRMS and employee records maintaining.
• Employee relationships management in accordance to company policies and procedures
• Efficient operational planning and controls of HR activities and KPI’s
• Budget planning and controls of HR Operations Department and Company’s HR costs
• Compliance management of WPS and employment contracts
• HRDF programs administration and reporting

• Monitoring and reporting of Nationalization targets and plans



 Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, or any other relevant field
• CIPD/SHRM certifications or equivalent is a plus
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR managerial role
• Excellent communications skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to express clearly and effectively
• Adaptability - able to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
• Analytical skills - able to analyze data from different sources
• Attention to detail
• Endurance and consideration in dealing with complaints and problems
• Flexibility - able to respond to organization/technology changes
• Prior experience in Consumer Retail/FMCG would be an advantage.
