As a Mechanical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling HVAC and Firefighting services and solutions to potential clients. You will be the key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing technical expertise, and offering tailored solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract and retain them.
  2. Understand client needs and provide technical assistance and guidance in selecting the most suitable mechanical products and solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the products and solutions.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and manufacturing, to customize products and solutions to meet client requirements.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry advancements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in mechanical sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical products and solutions.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients espicially the end users.
  7. Achieved or exceeded a previous sales target of 6 Millions annually.
  8. Generated more than 60-80 Million SAR. opportunities in Riyadh market in the last year.
  9. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  10. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
