About the job ORACLE FUSION HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - ARABIC SPEAKER
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and system functionalities.
Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to address client needs, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other modules.
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Develop comprehensive functional design documents, including specifications for system customization and integration.
Lead or assist in system testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training and support to client stakeholders, including end-users, administrators, and managers.
Create and maintain project documentation, including system configurations, business processes, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
Experience with system testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
