ORACLE FUSION HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - ARABIC SPEAKER

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and system functionalities.
• Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to address client needs, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other modules.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Develop comprehensive functional design documents, including specifications for system customization and integration.
• Lead or assist in system testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to client stakeholders, including end-users, administrators, and managers.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including system configurations, business processes, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
• Experience with system testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
