6. Track the effectiveness of ad campaigns and provide regular design performance reports.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in art, design, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in advertising design, with successful case studies and a portfolio.
3. Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.
4. In-depth understanding of digital marketing, familiar with the mechanisms and optimization techniques of advertising platforms.
5. Innovative mindset, sensitive to design trends, and insightful about artificial intelligence and industry trends.
6. Experience in managing material storage, creative control, and related areas is a plus.
