Personal Cook (Female)

Our very important principal & family-based client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a Personal Chef (Female) who is based in Riyadh. She'll provide culinary support to newly married couples. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking, creativity in meal preparation, and the ability to cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions.

Responsibilities

1. Menu Planning: Designing diverse and nutritious menus tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the newly married couples.
2. Grocery Shopping: Procuring fresh and high-quality ingredients necessary for meal preparation while adhering to budget constraints.
3. Meal Preparation: Executing meals from start to finish, including prepping ingredients, cooking, and presenting dishes in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
4. Cooking Techniques: Demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques and styles, including but not limited to grilling, baking, sautéing, and roasting.
5. Catering to Dietary Restrictions: Accommodating any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests from the couples, ensuring their dietary needs are met without compromising taste or quality.
6. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and regular cleaning of cooking equipment.
7. Meal Presentation: Plating meals with attention to detail and presentation, creating visually appealing and Instagram-worthy dishes.
8. Communication: Effectively communicating with the couples to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and receive feedback on the meals prepared.
9. Recipe Development: Developing new and innovative recipes to keep the dining experience exciting and memorable for the couples.
