The Program Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of the MBA programs on a daily basis. He/she provides general administrative support for the MBA Program and ensures that all classes and related activities are conducted on time, according to schedule, and with high quality standards.  Routinely interacts with multiple constituencies including faculty, staff, and students, and the office of the Vice-Dean of Programs. 

This position requires high levels of energy, a can-do attitude, initiative, professionalism, and superior problem-solving skills.  It requires an employee who can make independent decisions when necessary and work without close supervision to ensure that daily operations of the programs are conducted smoothly

  • Manages and coordinates logistics for all Programs.
  • Ensures that all class meeting times, and program-related special events are conducted on time and according to schedule in coordination with the office of the Vice-Dean programs.
  • Assists in managing programs activities with the programs team.
  • Continually update and maintain required program handbook(s)
  • May support faculty with teaching- and classroom-related needs.
  • Liaises with institutional marketing and recruitment to ensure that Program details on various materials and fora (websites, brochures etc) are accurate and up-to-date
  • Strives for excellence and helps the office of the Vice Dean to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere around the Program.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and projects as required and as necessary.
  • Supports with creation and maintenance of course files, syllabi and course evaluation reviews both for their own sake and for the benefit of accreditation and quality assurance
  • Works with program management team to incorporate feedback for improvement to the program and its outcomes in a continuous feedback loop

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College (MBSC) of Business & Entrepreneurship is a new private, higher education institution for both men and women. It has been established through an International partnership between Emaar The Economic City, Babson Global (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Babson College, USA), Lockheed Martin under the umbrella of the Economic Offset Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MISK foundation. The curriculum uses a set of signature experiential courses that will require students to apply their learning to real world problems or start new social or business ventures.
