Responsible for leading and managing all construction activities related to commercial office projects (G+70)
Coordinate with project teams, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Our client is a leading mixed use giga project in KSA central to the KSA Vision 2030. It is a multi billion project focusing on luxury hospitality, commercial offices, retail among others
Description
Strategic Planning:
Develop construction strategies and plans in alignment with project objectives and client requirementsDefine project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirementsEstablish construction methodologies and standards to ensure quality and efficiency
Project Management:
Lead and oversee all phases of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeoutCoordinate with project managers, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project executionMonitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions as necessaryEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders regarding construction-related mattersFacilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and address concernsManage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Quality Assurance and Control:
Establish quality assurance processes and standards for construction activities
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial office projectsProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are desirable.Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification is a plus
