Job Summary:
Calling all dynamic, energetic, highly motivated and
results-driven Recruitment Specialists to join our team. The primary focus of
this position will be to specialize in mass recruitment, coordinating and
executing large-scale recruitment campaigns for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
recruitment processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to
handle high-volume recruitment needs. The Recruitment Specialist will work
closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, source qualified
candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
·Conduct comprehensive
consultations with clients to understand their mass recruitment needs,
including volume, timelines, and specific skill requirements.
·Develop and implement
effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract a large pool of
qualified candidates for mass recruitment projects.
·Utilize various sourcing
channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and
industry-specific resources to identify and engage potential candidates.
·Screen resumes and
applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific
roles within mass recruitment projects.
·Conduct preliminary
interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and
cultural fit for the organization.
·Coordinate and schedule
interviews, assessments, and other selection activities, ensuring a smooth and
efficient recruitment process.
·Collaborate with hiring
managers and client stakeholders to provide regular updates on the progress of
mass recruitment projects, including candidate pipeline, challenges, and
recommendations.
·Conduct reference checks
and background verifications as required for selected candidates.
·Extend job offers to
selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages, ensuring alignment
with client guidelines and industry standards.
·Maintain accurate and
up-to-date records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and
progress using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
·Stay updated with industry
trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continually
improve the recruitment process and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications
in recruitment and talent acquisition are a plus.
·Proven 2 years work
experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on mass
recruitment. Experience working in a recruitment agency is highly desirable.
·In-depth knowledge of
end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and selection.
·Demonstrated experience in
managing large-scale recruitment campaigns and successfully meeting volume
hiring targets.
·Familiarity with various
sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and
professional networks.
·Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with
clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
·Proficient in using
applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools for
efficient candidate management.
·Flexibility and
adaptability to work on different mass recruitment projects across various
industries and job functions.
