المهارات

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
