Responsible for driving sales and market share growth within the designated territory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The primary focus will be on promoting and selling Dental Consumables products to dental professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Description
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.Identify and prioritize target accounts, including dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories, based on potential for business growth.Regularly assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including dentists, dental assistants, and purchasing managers, through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups.Understand customer needs and preferences and provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on the company's product offerings.Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives within the territory to achieve individual and team sales targets.Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.Forecast sales volumes and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives within the territory, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry.Proven experience in B2B sales in the dental equipment/ consumables/ instruments industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with the dental implant market and industry trends is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
