• 12 years of prior experience working in Windows Server technologies
• Hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization, server hardware, server performance/availability assessment and user support tasks.
• Expert level Administration of Windows Operating System components (IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD, Hyper-V, Exchange Server etc.)
• Expert level VMware administration, SRM, VMware ESXi Upgrades.
• Expert level WSUS/SCCM administration.
• Expert Level Microsoft Cloud App Administration ( Exchange Online,Teams,Azure AD , MFA )
• Should have experience to prepare and update various architecture documents related to MS products.
• Sound technical experience in resolving complex issues and deriving RCA.
• Experience of working with customers during support and change management activities.
• Candidate should be able to develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to a very advanced level
• Should have experience in scripting skills.
• Must be Microsoft certified, VMware and ITIL certification.
• Experience in other technology like Unix, Citrix, network would be added advantage.
The candidate must have fair understanding on monitoring, backup and ticketing tools
