What are the basic lean tools used to identify and eliminate waste?

look at the proces, the handlings that don't put any more value on your product are waste. Try to eliminate them, thats only posible upto  certain point.

First look at the things in the process with the biggest waste, thas scores easily and people get motivated by that.
