Maybe outgoing and spending time with friends more than the family. But now I am trying to change this habbit.

WhenI am angry or sad I can't hide my feelings , especially if I am upset from someone,, it appears so clear and the attitude controlled me and thats bad especially at work, can't wear different face ?
At times I may tend to be partial with some subordinates who are brilliant in their works when compared to talented Academically brilliant persons. Sometimes I may a place an open comment in this matter which cannot be digested by the later... Ofcourse...I am trying to change this character, but still I believe that Accademically qualified ones should be more precise to the required details without any specific requests.
I can't back to the past,, but the today is very good because, what happened to me is good for me ,, and every thing from god and we can't change the rules, because we don't know anything in prescience,, i will try be good man
