1) Management of Human Resource

e.g. Staff turnover, absentee rates, % of job offers accepted etc

 

2) Product / Service Quality and Operations Excellency

e.g. for manufactirere (product defect ratio, durability analysis) for service (Customer waiting time)

 

3) Brand Awareness and Company Profile

e.g. (Customer awareness, Consumer opinion)

In order to fully evaluate an organisations performance SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Time-Related) Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) would have to be assessed and established. All too often unrealistic targets are set which, rather than providing a true measure of a organisations performance, highlights their weaknesses.
