Dear All, Feedback process is one of an important part in Quality Management System to proceed. Feedback can be in positive or negative way, but both aim to advance the quality system any where and anyhow. The Specialty Ranking System at Bayt.com website is one of unique role, exhibited by well-known recruitment agency in the Middle East, which works on encouraging job seekers to expose their experiences, skills and proficiency by challenging each other on theoretical basis. Much you participate, more points you get at different levels of participation. But sometimes, you get technical troubles through the whole process, which may be in ranking points, encountering the ranking system to any answer or question you work on it,....etc. According to everyone still participating on this website, and getting well practiced during his/her period of career searching, some issues SHOULD be truly declared and wondering that: "What troubles did you face by working on Bayt.com website? and what happened later???
I have found that,there are a lot of attrative jobs in www.bayt.com site which have a great opportunity for job seekers.Members of this site can evaluate own, how he/she is specialist and at the same time the co-workers,employer can discover these new specialist as in new status.Really it is live and hopeful!I think it would be better if Bayt authority kindly issue official certificates with monogram and signature (may be either hard or soft copy)on ranking basis as like as in education board/acdemy.Thanks to all.

There, I have found my current job although on bayt.com there are more job postings.
I know bayt.com was involved in nationalization efforts in GCC but I am kind of disappointed that I found no serious employer here. It is extremely lovely to have so many questions on the specialties, and this is what I give you guys a big thumbs up. However, keeping employers hidden and accepting empty or fake profiles is quite unacceptable as this might be a threat of fraud or scam.
I think letting job seekers know who searched for them (and in some cases you actually know when you apply) would help a lot especially in letting you know who the serious employers and job seekers are.
