I think human resources will be the substitute of Technology. Although it will work slow but it can be effective and ever lasting.

The classical and everlasting substitute to technology had been Human Resources (and vise-versa). To generate revenue in poorly or under-developed environment, Marketing Managers need to plan and implement strategies that allow them to use available human resource extensively and productively. Therefore, in my view, a marketing strategy that addresses social needs and cultural fitness, propagated through word-of-mouth would be an optimum scenario.
Every marketing approach is based on an Investment capacity & clear strategic research based on your product acceptance probability based on your target market. You need to invest according to your probability score received from the market and streach your market in digestive way through little push of technology and non-tech method. You need to segregate your market into two aspect, first: you need to understand who are those customer who will understand things without technology and does your product marketing support technological feel and touch. Go with this decision, in this way, your investment would be at the manageable parameter and you can bear loose as well, without selling your market share.
With any marketing campaign the first question is always, who are your potential customers?
Where are they? What do they do? Where do they go? What do they like? What do they spend their money on? Once you know the answers, you'll have a good clue as to what marketing methods are likely to be useful.
Marketing success is subtle and fickle. What worked with a particular group of people last year may or may not work next year.
Remember that changing one word on a webpage or a print advert - yes, one word - can sometimes make a 20% difference to sales.
