A well trained staff can give more output and attention to details and quality which are the most important part of the customer satisfaction. Any technology can improve efficiency, the price of raw materials are the same for all the players in the market, but it is not only the price that matter - it is the customers perception of the product, value for money and the overall all satisfaction of the purchase.

Human resource factor. Technology can't be run or operated on its own; humans have to operate it & command it to deliver. Raw materials can't produce finished goods on their own, they have to be use by humans to produce finished goods. Therefore, it is the human resource factor that coordinates all other resources to ensure that targets are achieved.

Technology is most important, because it keeps changing as per the industry trends.

I think all the above factors are important in compitition because human is the most important resource for developing the organization. Technology is responsible to improve the quality of the work in stipulated time and raw material is required to manufacture the good quality of goods.
