The entire built up area covered in the building including "COMMON AREAS and BALCONIES" on all floors. This is calculated by summattion of built up areas of all floos including balconies on all floors of the building.
Built up area shall include all the areas has walls and a roof and above including balconies and stairs and dudecting the openings (OTSs, lift openings, ....)
