What can be a negative personality from individual can affect the team coordination ?

Shouting or using aggressive behavior 

The main thing here is a pessimistic/negative attitude. That attitude is very contagious and it will affect the whole team and the performance on a bigger level down the road. This will create issues in the work environment and will affect day to day operations.

Negative personality of an individual can be exhibited by him in several ways, which affect the team co-ordination. These may be 

1) Attitude issues - Superior or inferior attitude of the individual may break him away from the team because of his own limitations or imaginations

2) Non-cooperation - Not participating and co-operating with the team to yield the desired results

3) Communication gaps - not sharing information and participating in discussions

4) Not Sharing responsibility - lack of participation in the overall tasks

5) Insecurity traits - Having an inbuilt threat and fears related to the job and the team

6) Excessive grapevine effects - gossip, negative talks and black-painting colleagues

7) Dishonesty and integrity aspects - Not having in mind the common good and being truthful in the course of one's job

Anything negative should be avoided in a team because it will only cause domino effect. 

No enthusiasm to get work done, not supporting other members of staff, selfishness, not communicating effectively. These are just a few, but there are countless things that could be detrimental to your teams effectiveness and it could all depend on your team.

The team need to be working as a unit.

If one member is being negative, then you need to consider if there is merit or not to base the negative opinion on. Explore the reasoning.

- as a team you need to decide this , and then work with the conclusion collectively as a unit. 

A negative behavior would be an employee not being a team player. These individuals often take indivual credit for successes (without seeing the larger picture, that it takes a team to succeed). They are also the first to blame others for their failures and we see this is management sometimes where a lack of good leadership is results in a poor morale of the team and pointing fingers when failure is an outcome.

1. Introvert personality-being preoccupied by own thoughts rather than practical reality or rather being self-absorbed.2. Arbitrary personality- being irresponsible and tyrannical in nature.3. Tantrum personality- bad temper or temperament, excessive & uncalled for anger.4. Malign personality-being harmful in nature of talking or by influence, bad influence on team.5.
