How to plan a team coordination in company?

Everyone in team should be aware of its KRA and stakeholders. This will help us to build a good coordination among team members. For me its a integral part of every organisation.

Having a global picture of all the work that has to be done,knowing your team.

In my opinion if we follow the three Cs means Comunication,Combination and Cooperation then we could have better coordination in company.
