Do you prefer working with a team or individually? Why?

In my opinion a collective effort always present better result.

Team work is important for the betterment of any organization so i would love to work as team but no problem while working indiviually as well. 

One must be an individual maverick as well as a team person. It all depends on the environment. No matter what the ambiance, individual or team, kit is always your individual/personal performance which outshines others. Team gives you a yardstick to measure your performance and uniqueness and prepares your forf esprit d'çorps (the team spirit), individual reinforces your faith in yourself. Besides, your leadership qualities can only come up front in a team.

I prefer working in a team to promote synergy and greater productivity and success.
