Do you prefer working as a tam or individually?

It doesn't matter if i work by team or individual.What ever the the job is asking for.and it depends to the functiong of th role.

It depends on te work on hand. I am a person who can think more clearly and deeply about how to handle certain things when I am alone and certain tasks don't need much to work on as a team but, with things like brainstorming and projects working in a team is more effective. Being able to work in both is what is important.
