3- Selling yourself at interviews,

 

Nowadays most companies look for experienced employers more than training and building pioneers. Therefore an employee with enormous potential might have a so average called CV or lack of knowledge of where to search for jobs due to the field of research not being his/her certain specialty, hence the only real oppurtunity the employee actually has is to prove him/herself at an interview.

I think the biggest challenge for any one looking for job that is how he can choose the correct and decent postion that he want to get it and what he have as a talent or experiance

In my view the hardest part of the job search process1. Identify the target and determine the target sector or company.2. Appropriate experience with current labor market requirements.As the conditions of language and experience in a particular field.
