It will depend on the type of work, But the Team work preferable for all the time to reach the goal on time.
From my point of veiw NO one can never and ever work Independently as he / she MUST for sure need to deal with other persons even for one time , but no one can live alone in the whole world , finally my advice no can reach the top alone and if so can't live alone even it was heaven,finally we all MUST have the concept of giving before takeing first.
