By providing good sense of direction for the client during inception.

By providing a well organized drawing system  (Tender and IFC Drawings)

By having a good team of designers and CAD Architects where detail information is a must.

By having a good team of architects on site where response to the querries are decisive and with direction, not like a lawyer but an Architect.

By providing sense of direction for the contractors during Tender clarification..

The architect has to have an eye for detail and also schedule meetings with the contractors on site so as to follow up on the construction 

An architect to be helpful, must be guided by the 4M1E working principle.

Without having any additonal distractions about material other  some issues 

He needs to be strong planning personality and follow some matrix of work progress report

inspection with scop of work

collect the snacks 

make report 

If the achitect have knowlegde about how the civil engineer will work at site he will rethink about his creation to make it works efficient while put aesthetic touch on the future planed building
