A person should be Social , Patient and Understanding .In this field one cannot be short tempered or impatient. The key skill to be a peoples person is listening . You have to take the time to understand someone in order to be helpful . You have to have a good ethic about yourself as well be well spoken in order to keep the conversation flowing
