Applied Cryptographer

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Computer Security, System Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (In lieu of PhD, a Master’s degree or the quality of real-world experience will be considered).

• 5+ years of relevant, real-world experience researching and developing cryptographic systems for critical applications.

• Deep knowledge and extensive experience in one or more of the following:

• Architecture, analysis, design, implementation, and measurement of secure sub‐systems and systems.
• Academic or professional research experience and/or publications in the areas of computer security, resiliency, and/or cryptography.
• Analysis, modeling, design, development, testing, and verification of embedded and/or hardware systems.
• Design, analysis, verification, and implementation of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
• Knowledge of computer security / cryptography related government and industry standards.

• Previous involvement or research with Post-Quantum and/or Fully Homomorphic encryption techniques and applications.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
