nybl is looking for a Channel Sales Director to join our rapidly growing team. The Channel Sales Director will be responsible for leading and executing the channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels. This role will involve developing strong relationships with channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of sales programs. 


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement the overall channel sales strategy in alignment with the company's sales objectives. 


2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets. 


3. Manage & grow existing relationships & business with existing ecosystem partners. 


4. Manage & grow existing relationships & business with existing resellers.


5. Identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners to expand market reach. 6. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop channel sales programs and initiatives. 


7. Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure their success in selling company products/services. 


8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. 


9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. 


10. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. 


11. Build a team Channel Account Managers over time.


12. Report regularly to senior management on channel sales performance, initiatives, and challenges. 


Requirements:


1. Proven track record of success in channel sales and partner relationship management in a software vendor environment.


2. Built or experienced building partner programs (Enablement, empowerment, rewards).


3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 


4. Experience developing and implementing channel sales strategies. 


5. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, as well as channel sales best practices. 


6. Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making. 


7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 


8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events. 


9. Prior experience managing a team of sales professionals is a plus.
