A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing MENA region
Job Description:
Work on debt collection back-office function from customers from 13 countries in West and Central Africa, centralized in Dubai office through following up via phone, email or letters as needed.
Managing the company's accounts receivable by analyzing customer payment trends and developing strategies to reduce outstanding debts.
Communicating with internal departments to ensure that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
Coordinating with collection agencies or attorneys to pursue delinquent accounts, as necessary.
Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and debt collections progress for management.
Qualifications:
Open to Eastern European and CIS nationalities
Female, 25 to 40 years old
At least 2 years of experience as a Collections Officer or related role
Fluent in English and French language
Strong communication and negotiation skills to solve collection issues
