Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. This role involves coordinating with different departments to collect and maintain files and supporting the implementation of document control processes to ensure all information is readily accessible and securely stored.



RequirementsResponsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain document control processes and systems for accurate document management.
  • Register, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring traceability.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy documents, including contracts, reports, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to retrieve and distribute documents as required.
  • Develop and maintain the document management system and database, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Train and guide staff on document control procedures and policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain logs of all documents and correspondence.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a document control position, preferably within the specified industry.
  • Familiarity with document control software and processes.
