Description
Build an assessment and evaluation plan for every division within the organisation to understand the current level of quality against highest calibre excellence standards.Build recommendation strategies that focus on ongoing improvement at every corner of the organisation and work with executive leaders to support the implementation of the plans and standards.Support various divisions of the organisation to develop synchronised business process architectures and seek out opportunities for improved cohesion and optimisation.Lead the innovation strategy development and implementation.
Profile
Educated to BSc degree level as a minimum requirementProven track record of building strategic plans and overseeing implementation through executive leadershipStrong knowledge of best practice business excellence methodologies including EFQM and ISO 9001.At least 10 years of professional experience in implementing business excellence and quality management standards within complex UAE organisations.People management experienceQuality auditing and EFQM assessing experience is highly preferred.
