We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with extensive hospitality development experience to join our real estate team, located in Abu Dhabi. As a Hospitality Development manager, you will play a crucial role in this sector through your knowledge clubbed with your experience & network with various hotel brands and operators.
Analyzing market trends, financial data, and business processes to drive informed decision making and strategic planning. You will collaborate with development & design departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance projects’ operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Developing & utilizing your network/experience in hospitality sector for creating new opportunities as well as pitching relevant products based on market requirements.
- Performing key role in identifying hotel brands and operator selection.
- Performing pivotal role in negotiating terms and closing deals with selected brands.
- Conducting feasibility studies, financial analysis, and due diligence for new real estate developments and acquisitions.
- Analyze acquisitions, dispositions, and financing using discounted cash flow models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, Finance, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven 10+ years of experience in Hospitality Development with one or more brands, along with a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment analysis
- An outgoer with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically to drive business impact
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, Oracle .
