As they continue to grow and evolve, we're searching for an experienced and visionary HR Manager to re-engineer and lead human resources department and shape people strategy.


Role Overview:


As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals. You will be driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic HR management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Leadership:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with companys overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape and drive organizational change initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management efforts to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth.

2. Talent Acquisition & Retention


  • Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop programs to enhance employee retention, including career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

3. Organizational Culture & Employee Experience


  • Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Manage employee recognition and reward programs to promote high performance.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including HR administration, payroll, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends to inform decision-making.

5. Learning & Development


  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Create leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders.

6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):


  • Drive DEI initiatives across the organization to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Develop strategies to address biases and promote equal opportunities in the workplace.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8-10 YOE years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR management and organizational development.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or technology industry is a plus.
